The Fifth Element (1997)

I remember like it was yesterday: 15 years old, seeing a trio of films at my local theater twenty years ago. The Fifth Element

What’s the greatest thing in the world during the holiday season time period when absolutely no exciting news is being reported? Well, a super-duper new fan made piece of art work in which some of the beloved and soon-to-be-returning characters of the ultra-popular animated series Futurama are used in a spoof of the also-popular science fiction film, The Fifth Element…naturally!

The image takes the lead Bruce Willis character and replaces him with Philip J. Fry; the Milla Jovovich character and replaces her with Amy Wong; and the Chris Tucker character is replaced by Professor Hubert Farnsworth. Lesser bits of the movie like the singing blue chick are replaced by Leela…and yes, Bender does make a cameo.
