In what could eventually become the greatest game ever made, an RPG based in the South Park universe developed by Obsidian Entertainment, the team behind Fallout: New Vegas, has had fans salivating. Fast forward six months and our first peek at South Park: The Stick of Truth has been unveiled at this year’s E3. And it absolutely looks like it lives up to the hype. As you’ll see, this game looks exactly like an episode of South Park. You’re the new kid in town, and everyone is looking to you for help. The Book of Mormon, the comedic Broadway musical created by South Park masterminds (and BASEketball stars) Trey Parker and Matt Stone along with Robert Lopez, has become the toast of the Great White Way since opening on March 24. Recently the critically-acclaimed show, which has won nine Tony awards and five Drama Desk awards, finally recouped its production costs and is now turning a profit for its investors.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone have always been known for their fearlessness when it comes to saying whatever they want to say, whether in their movies like Team America: World Police, or whether it’s on their highly-popular hit Comedy Central show, South Park. But as you may have heard, some heavy threats have lead to a big uproar and one of the few times we’ve seen the show be censored more so than it needed to be. The animated show has been going strong for over a decade now, currently in their 14th season on the air. Every single season they have made an effort to push the envelope, to try and take just one more step while already under so much scrutiny from censors and angry parents everywhere. And with this, every single season has seen countless jaw-dropping moments where you just can’t help but wonder “how DID they get away with that!?” right before running into yet another shocker. South Park is currently in the midst of closing out the first half of their 14th season, and their plan was to do it with one of their epic multi-episode story arcs. | Eric Cartman’s Cover Of Lady Gaga’s ‘Poker Face’ To Be Released On ‘Rock Band’
If someone were to ask you right this very moment that if you could choose any one song in the whole, wide world to have added to your dearest Rock Band, what would you choose? For those of you who said “I would want Lady Gaga‘s “Poker Face” as performed by Eric Cartman on Comedy Central‘s South Park,” then boy, oh boy do I have a little treat for you! Rock Band has officially announced that along with some actual Lady Gaga songs, they will also be adding Cartman’s beautiful rendition on the tune. The character, who of course is part of Matt Stone and Trey Parker‘s vulgar animated South Park world, sang the song on Rock Band with Kenny and Kyle in the episode “Whale Whores.” After your own night of karaoke, drunkenly stumble your way to the bottom of this post to watch Cartman get lyrical all up on ya’ll.
