Motley Crue Girls Girls Girls lyrics on Jeopardy

On a recent episode of the trivia TV game show Jeopardy!, one of the clues that host Alex Trebek was tasked with had him reciting some provocative lyrics from the Motley Crue song “Girls, Girls, Girls” and he did so with his usual sass, which was quite amusing.

In a game that aired on February 2, 2015, the know-it-all host emphatically read the lyrics from the chorus to the 1987 rock song about – you guessed it – females strippers: “Girls, Girls, Girls… long legs & burgundy lips, Girls, Girls, Girls… dancin’ down on the Sunset Strip… Girls, Girls, Girls.”

The clue came from the “Hard Rockers” category and, thankfully, the contestant guessed the correct name of the hard rock group responsible for the hit song, which comes from the legendary rockers’ multi-platinum album, Girls Girls Girls.

Check out the video of Trebek reading the clue here below.

Last year, they announced their retirement, and now Motley Crue has revealed the North American dates for their final tour ever, with their absolute final show taking place on New Year’s Eve 2015 in their hometown of Los Angeles, CA. Check out the tour dates here below.

Also, for a limited time only, as a thank you to their fans, Motley Crue is offering up the digital version of their Greatest Hits album for FREE via Google Play until January 27, 2015. Even though all Crue fans likely have every album in iTunes or on CD or cassette (yes — I said cassette), you still need this digital version. Trust me. Have I mentioned it’s FREE?

Motley Crue RIP

They’ve been hinting at this for a while now, but today the bad boys of rock Motley Crue officially announced their retirement and final tour.

The news was released today during a press conference in Los Angeles, which is currently in progress. Before the band came out on stage, each of the four musicians — Nikki Sixx (bass), Tommy Lee (drums), Vince Neil (vocals), Mick Mars (guitars) — were represented on stage by their own miniature tombstome, each reading “RIP” with their name.

The news so far is that there will be 72 shows in the United States and Canada and that will be the last and final tour ever for Motley Crue, and they will supposedly sign a “binding document.” General sale for tickets for the final tour is this Friday, with some tickets going on sale this Saturday. Some of the tickets will be priced at a mere $15 to make it affordable to more people.
