For 100 Ghosts: A Gallery of Harmless Haunts, author, illustrator, and comedian Doogie Horner created a collection of 100 line drawings of the iconic White Sheet Ghost rendered in various ways from something simply mundane like an after-bath look and eating spaghetti, or as familiar characters like Star Wars droid R2-D2, The Muppets, and the famous boy wizard Harry Potter.
The little 208-page hardcover book, which was released by Quirk Books last month, is available now in Hardcover and for the Kindle, and you can check out a 4-page preview of the book’s interior art here below.
I got my hands on the hardcover, and not only is it adorable, but I’ve had lots of enjoyment thumbing through the pages to see what situation White Sheet Ghost would be in next. This title was one that I picked for this year’s Halloween reads – it’s quick, it’s fun, and is definitely a conversation piece that’s filled with lots of pop culture references.
