In honor of Chinese New Year, the folks behind The LEGO Movie have released a new video specifically for this Year Of The Horse. The holiday greeting features main character Emmett, who is voiced by Chris Pratt (Parks and Recreation, Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy) in the film based on the LEGO line of toys.
Check out the video here below.
The voice cast for The LEGO Movie includes Chris Pratt as the film’s normal LEGO character, Emmett, and Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games) as Lucy, the female lead who believes that Emmett is the one to fulfill the prophecy that says one will stop the tyrant, President Business (Will Ferrell), from taking over the LEGO World. Other voices include Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Charlie Day, Liam Neeson, and Morgan Freeman.
The LEGO Movie hits theaters on February 7, 2014.
This original 3D computer-animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.
