| First Trailer For Telltale’s ‘Game Of Thrones’ Video Game Released
Recently we found out some story details regarding Game of Thrones, the upcoming point-and-click video game adaptation of the hit HBO series based on George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” book series. The game comes from Telltale Games, the developer behind the mega popular episodic video game take on The Walking Dead. Of the info we found out, it was revealed that the debut season of Game of Thrones would be six episodes instead of the usual six, and that the first episode titled “Iron From Ice” would be released sometime this year. This of course meant a trailer would be arriving soon, and so it has! The teaser trailer isn’t very long, but does offer the first look at what the game will look like and perhaps a familiar voice and face or two. You can watch the trailer below.

| You’re Going To Wish You Were At This ‘Back To The Future’ Live Event (Video) |

Fair warning: this post will both bring a smile to your face if you’re a fan of Back to the Future (or movies in general), and also make you sad that you weren’t there to experience it in person. Unless of course you WERE there to experience it, in which case I am super jealous of you. Many of you are likely already familiar with Secret Cinema, an organization from the UK that’s been around for a while now and has a large and ever-growing fanbase (and with very good reason, as you will soon see). For the rest of us who had never heard of them, myself included, the company puts together these immersive themed events, such as movie screenings. But instead of just showing the movie and having attendees dress up as characters and so on, they go all out, recreating locations and costumes and other significant aspects of the film. Basically, they bring those who attend INSIDE the movie, so you feel like you’re in the same world it was set in. They’re most recent event was Back to the Future, and it is simply remarkable what they put together. This was no doubt the single greatest BTTF party ever. Click on over to the other side to see what it looked like.

One of the most surprisingly hilarious films of 2012 was Pitch Perfect. The film had a sweet blend of witty humor and top 40 pop songs mashups that even had some haters tapping their foot to the beat of the music. Now Anna Kendick and Rebel Wilson are back for some more in Pitch Perfect 2. The first film saw the Barden Bellas beat the odds to become the first female a capella group to win a national title. In the sequel, the Bellas will enter themselves in a world wide competition where no American team has won. The first trailer for Pitch Perfect 2 has comedy, cameos, the return of familiar faces, and of course music. But there are some emotional layers that can be heard as well, as hinted by the very first song sung in the trailer. Hit the jump to check it out.

Suicidal Tendencies was born out of Southern California’s thriving skateboard culture of the late ’70s/early ’80s. Leader and singer Mike Muir originally intended for the group to be a part-time party band on the Venice, CA, punk scene and skatepark circuit, but the Suicidal quickly evolved into one of the first punk/thrash crossover successes, gaining a following so rabid that they actually considered themselves a gang. The Suicidal Cycos, as they called themselves, had various local chapters in cites across Southern California and as far away as San Antonio, Texas. The band also gained infamy due to the culture of violence involving gang clashes at many of their early shows.
