Gotham Cast Publicity Photo

Gotham returns next Monday, April 13th, and oh how we’ve missed it. To get ready for its highly anticipated return, FOX has released a plethora of videos including two trailers for the upcoming Episode 1.19 “Beasts of Prey,” and an inside look into Gotham’s oldest/newest villain, the Ogre (Milo Ventimiglia), a serial killer that toys with beautiful young women before he kills them.

Check out all the videos of that, plus get a little insight into Ed Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) and Dr. Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccharin) here below.

Harvey (Donal Logue) explains to Jim (Ben McKenzie) that the reason the Ogre has never been caught is because he targets the loved ones of any foolish cops that decide to pursue him. But we know our Jim:

“I drop it I’m letting a serial killer go free. The blood of his next victim is on my hands.” McKenzie adds that the Ogre will do something bad to someone close to Jim. I cannot wait to find out!

Gotham airs Monday nights at 8pm ET on FOX.

The good. The evil. The beginning.

Everyone knows the name Commissioner Gordon. He is one of the crime world’s greatest foes, a man whose reputation is synonymous with law and order. But what is known of Gordon’s story and his rise from rookie detective to Police Commissioner? What did it take to navigate the multiple layers of corruption that secretly ruled Gotham City, the spawning ground of the world’s most iconic villains? And what circumstances created them – the larger-than-life personas who would become Catwoman, The Penguin, The Riddler, Two-Face and The Joker?

GOTHAM is an origin story of the great DC Comics Super-Villains and vigilantes, revealing an entirely new chapter that has never been told. From executive producer/writer Bruno Heller (“The Mentalist,” “Rome”), GOTHAM follows one cop’s rise through a dangerously corrupt city teetering between good and evil, and chronicles the birth of one of the most popular super heroes of our time.
