Happy Halloween! The gang at the precinct on Brooklyn Nine-Nine have a tradition. Every year there is a fierce competition between Holt and Peralta (Andre Braugher and Andy Samberg). The winner is crowned “King of the 99.” The loser has to call the other, “an amazing detective/genius.” The first year, Jake won, the second… Holt. This is the year that truly decides king.

Good prank on Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) at the start of the episode. It’s just so easy.

Peralta and Holt choose sides. Nobody chose Santiago (Melissa Fumero). No, not even her boyfriend. This year, they will try to steal the same item. The item? A crown placed in a locked briefcase, and locked in the interrogation room. Boyle and Gina (Chelsea Peretti) are sent to watch the briefcase.

I can’t tell you who won (but it’s surprising), and if I tell you any more of the plot, you will know who won, but this episode was super fun, maybe even better than the last 2 Halloween episodes.

– There’s lots of screaming at boobs (breasts, not intelligent-deficient people).

– Roaches come streaming out of someone’s pants.

– Someone somersaults through a window.

– Special team handshakes.

– The case of the foot fungus – guess whose case that is?

– Nadia – Boyle attempts to set Gina up with Nadia – a guy.

– Holt’s abs.

– Funniest part of the episode (that even Holt smiles at), is Jake voicing his overconfidence – watch and wait for it.

My god… Brooklyn Nine-Nine will never have a bad episode, will they?

This show is a delight. Why isn’t everyone watching?
