Ash vs Evil Dead Lee Majors and Bruce Campbell Season 2

We just got to see the red-band trailer for Season 2 of Ash vs Evil Dead, the Starz television series featuring Bruce Campbell reprising his role as Ash from the Evil Dead films.

Now, the network has revealed the first look at Lee Majors as Ash’s father. Check out the image here below, which shows Majors along with Bruce Campbell in a scene from the upcoming season.

EW found out a little bit about Ash’s dad:

New cast members include Evil Dead franchise veteran Ted Raimi as one of Ash’s childhood friends and TV icon Lee Majors (The Six Million Dollar Man, The Fall Guy) as our not-always-heroic hero’s father. “He’s even grumpier than Ash,” says Campbell. Ash vs Grumpy Dad?

It was revealed earlier this year that Majors, best known for his lead roles in 1970’s and ’80s hit TV shows Six Million Dollar Man and The Fall Guy, would be joining the cast for Season 2.

The second season roars back into action with Ash leaving his beloved Jacksonville and returning to his hometown of Elk Grove, Michigan. There, he confronts Ruby. The former enemies have to form an uneasy alliance as Elk Grove soon becomes the nucleus of evil.

The cast is led by Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead, “Burn Notice”) in the role of Ash Williams; Lucy Lawless (“Salem,” “Spartacus”) as Ruby Knowby, who now possesses the powerful Necronomicon; Ray Santiago (“Touch,” Meet the Fockers) as Pablo Simon Bolivar, Ash’s loyal sidekick dealing with the trauma he suffered in the cabin; and Dana DeLorenzo (A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas) as Kelly Maxwell, who, grief-stricken after the death of her parents, plots revenge against The Evil Dead. Lee Majors (Do You Believe), Ted Raimi (“Xena: Warrior Princess,” Spider-Man) and Michelle Hurd (“Law & Order: SVU”) join the series this year as Brock Williams, Ash’s father, Chet Kaminski, Ash’s childhood best friend, and Linda, Ash’s high school love respectively.

Starz is bringing Ash vs Evil Dead to this year’s San Diego Comic-Con International. Check out the details just below.
