About a month ago we saw a teaser trailer for Swamp Thing, DC’s upcoming live-action series based on the comic book character created by writer Len Wein and artist Bernie Wrightson.
The series stars Crystal Reed, Henderson Wade, Jennifer Beals, Andy Bean, Virginia Madsen, Will Patton, Maria Sten, Kevin Durand, and Derek Mears as the title character.

SYNOPSIS:
SWAMP THING follows Abby Arcane as she investigates what seems to be a deadly swamp-born virus in a small town in Louisiana but soon discovers that the swamp holds mystical and terrifying secrets. When unexplainable and chilling horrors emerge from the murky marsh, no one is safe.
Showrunners Mark Verheiden and Gary Dauberman wrote and executive produce the series. Aquaman and The Conjuring director James Wan also executive produces.
Swamp Thing is set to premiere on DC’s DC Universe streaming service later this week on May 31st.
