| ‘Game Of Thrones’ Tywin Lannister Figure From Dark Horse Revealed
Today we have a quick look at a newly revealed installment in Dark Horse’s line of Game of Thrones figures. Take a look at Tywin Lannister as portrayed by Charles Dance, Hand of the King, father of Jaime, Cersei, and Tyrion, and all around stone cold mother. The figure stands 8″ on its base and is set to go on sale March 2015. There’s not a lot of articulation in the figure, but there sure is a ton of detail. The figure prototype will be on display this weekend at San Diego Comic-Con at booth #2615. Check out a few pictures of the figure here below.

Each and every week, I, “Where you at, Eve?” Henchman 21 and “Comic Con International: San Diego, Baby!” Empress Eve read a lot of comics. Seriously you guys, a lot of comics. Maybe too many comics. I mean, it is possible”¦ theoretically. Naturally, we look forward to some more than others. I mean, who doesn’t? So, let’s take a look into the depths of our pull lists, grab some comics, and we’ll let YOU know what the top books to look forward to are for the week of July 23, 2014. Single issues and trades, they’re all here. Well, it’s Comic Con International: San Diego (still using the full name of the show) and that means lots of people packing, going to the airport, dealing with security, all that jazz. It also means that comic book companies are releasing a lot of product this week, so we have got a lot to talk about. And if Comic-Con wasn’t enough for comic fans this week, DC has also decided that today is Batman Day, in honor of the character’s 75th anniversary. So we’ve got that going for us. Which is nice. So dive in, because there is just too much to list today and I find myself with a lot to write about for this week’s The GoD List!

| Dark Horse Comics Officially Announces ‘Fight Club 2’ Comic Mini-Series
The existence of writer Chuck Palahniuk‘s Fight Club sequel was first revealed at last year’s San Diego Comic-Con, with more details coming later, but today brings news of an official announcement and release information on the project. According to reports, Fight Club 2 will be released as a 10-issue mini-series from Dark Horse Comics, launching April 8th, 2015. The series will be written by Palahniuk with pencils by Cameron Stewart, colors by Dave Stewart, letters by Nate Piekos, and covers by David Mack. We have an exclusive first look at Tales of Honor #4, Top Cow Productions’ adaptation of the David Weber novel On Basilisk Station, the first in the Honor Harrington series. The comic version is written by Matt Hawkins with art by Sang-Il Jeong and Linda Sejic. There are two covers for this issue, one by Jeong, and the other by Patrick Tatopoulos. | Marvel Reveals New Captain America On ‘The Colbert Report’ |

After revealing a new Thor on ABC’s The View on Tuesday, Marvel Comics had another big reveal to make on Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report. Marvel Comics Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada joined the show to announce who would be the next Captain America, after Steve Rogers lost his powers in Captain America #21. Sam Wilson a.k.a. The Falcon, Cap’s longtime partner and friend will be taking over the role of Captain America. Quesada revealed the first image of the new Captain America, which blends the classic costume with The Falcon’s familiar wings. Quesada also presented host Stephen Colbert with a picture of the talk show host as a new replacement Falcon, since Sam Wilson will be otherwise occupied.
