| Prepare For Villain Overload Again: Venom Might Appear in ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ |

Production on the tentatively titled The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is proceeding at full speed with casting updates emerging on a weekly basis. We know that Jamie Foxx and Paul Giamatti will be playing the new villains Electro and the Rhino, respectively, and Shailene Woodley of The Descendants is the Mary Jane Watson of the rebooted franchise. Now there is the distinct possibility that the movie might be gaining a third villain, or at least the seeds are being planted for this particular adversary to take center stage should a third movie get the green light. Director Marc Webb tweeted a teaser picture on Wednesday on the occasion of the birthday of actor Dane DeHaan, who is playing Harry Osborn, the troubled best friend of Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield). The picture appears to be of a locker used in the movie, and die hard fans of the Ultimate Spider-Man comics will probably recognize the number on the locker door: 14.

| Rumor For Your Thoughts: Will The First Standalone ‘Star Wars’ Movie Focus On Yoda? |

We’ve had a seemingly endless supply of Star Wars news since Disney’s acquisition of Lucasfilm, and with this endless supply of news comes an equal amount of rumors, as is to be expected. Which of these rumors will rise up and prove to be accurate is part of the fun. Most of the news we’ve heard regards Star Wars Episode VII, the long-awaited (and once thought impossible) first movie in the third trilogy. The beginning of the final chapters in what will be a trilogy of trilogies. Unless you’re one of those folks that chooses to pretend the prequel trilogy doesn’t exist, in which case ignore everything being said here. The first of the big rumors we’ve heard was that Darth Vader might return in Episode VII. Then came word that Zack Snyder was developing one of the standalone Star Wars movies, the first of a planned many individual movies telling individual stories separate from the numbered flicks. That rumor was denied quickly and its validity remains to be seen, but now comes a new rumor to feed on. What would you say if the first standalone Star Wars movie told a story centered around the one and only Yoda?

DC and Warner Bros. are desperate to get their Justice League into theaters by their projected release date of summer 2015, though so far the only confirmed details on the project is the studio’s assigning Will Beall (Gangster Squad) to write the script. The rest has been a riot of rampant speculation. Major filmmakers from Ben Affleck to Lana and Andy Wachowski have been linked to the director’s chair, but no one has been hired for the job yet. Darkseid has been rumored to be the film’s big bad cosmic villain. As for which DC Comics superheroes will be part of 2015’s occupants of the Hall of Justice, so far it is a given that Superman and Batman will be leading the charge into whatever large-scale battle the filmmakers pit them against. The upcoming Man of Steel is said to play heavily into the build-up to Justice League with Batman possibly making a post-credits cameo, if those rumors turn out to be true. Besides those likely character choices, the remaining members of the team – and how many there will be – are still up in the air. But that looks to be changing.

| Is This ‘Fallout 3’ Voice Actor Teasing The Existence Of ‘Fallout 4’?
It’s widely assumed that the next big game we can expect from Bethesda Softworks is Fallout 4. The past handful of years has seen the game makers alternating between The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, and while there’s surely a few fans hoping for something fresh and unique, most fans of their games are perfectly happy getting new installments in just those two series…this writer included. But still, we wait patiently for some kind of announcement after events like last year’s E3 convention and the Spike Video Game Awards—two popular places to announce/reveal new games—came and went without so much as a peep. There is, however, the tiniest of teases to take in in the form of a Fallout 3 voice actor who says we may be hearing him again in the future.

There’s been plenty of Justice League movie rumors over the years; lately, the ‘net has been clogged with Star Wars rumors, but now it’s seems we’re back to Justice League. Among the biggest reports to come out of the Justice League rumor mill is that Darkseid will be the villain of the film and that it would be based on issues Justice League #183-185. The newest rumor involves the Justice League lineup and some of the cameo appearances that will be made in the film. Check out the list of the rumored line-up here after the jump. There is absolutely no evidence to confirm or deny that this is the actual list of superheroes to appear in Justice League. We won’t know if this is the true list until Man of Steel comes out, in which case it does look like WB is willing to risk having two Superman film properties fly around. A move like that wouldn’t really make much sense, but if WB can make it work, more power to them.
