Last month we saw teaser trailers for a live-action web series based on the hit video game series Street Fighter that comes from Machinima. Now the entire series, titled Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist, is online for your viewing pleasure. Sometimes, the desire to get away from everyone and everything can be a very powerful thing. And that’s partly the motivation for a pair of gamer siblings in No Game, No Life, a series directed by Atsuko Ishizuka that is now streaming Wednesday mornings on Crunchyroll. No Game, No Life tells the story of a brother-and-sister duo of gamers who have devoted so much of their lives to gaming together that they have become an urban legend, known only as [ ] (literally “kuhaku,” or “blank space”) with a reputation of never having lost a single game out of thousands of sessions across 280 or more different games. The pair is actually siblings Sora, 18, and his 11-year-old sister, Shiro, who are both NEETS (short for Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and are also Hikikomoris, or shut-ins.

| Watch These ‘Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist’ Teaser Trailers
In 2010, the internet was treated to Street Fighter: Legacy, a fan-film created by and starring Joey Ansah and Christian Howard that depicted a sparring match between the characters Ryu and Ken. The video has since received over 5 million views on YouTube. Due to the success and quality of the film itself, Capcom — the developer of the Street Fighter video game series — sanctioned an official web series from the same creative team called, Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist. Whenever one talks about the Untitled Web Series About a Space Traveler Who Can Also Travel Through Time one must always remember the question is never “where?” but “when?” So when Travis Richey dropped an Indiegogo video call-to-action on his YouTube, you know what question fell from the tip of my tongue. And when I learned that season two of said series would, in fact, be an honest to geekness movie complete with two famous doctors from long-standing science fiction TV series my question shifted from “when?!” to “GTFO!” For more info, some videos, and to find out the answer to my questions and the names of the famous cameo doctors, you must drop below the cut.
