Marvel Studios doesn’t mess around when it comes to any announcements on a public stage like San Diego Comic-Con. After telling the world about a slew of upcoming titles including The Eternals, Black Widow, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Thor: Love and Thunder, Blade, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige took to the stage the say that there were other titles in the works as well, they just didn’t have enough time to get to them.

And just as a nice tease, Feige revealed that these titles include Fantastic Four, Black Panther 2, Captain Marvel 2, and a film that could, possibly, feature some mutants. Check out more on all of these titles below.

Okay, it is pretty safe to say that Avengers: Endgame is the definitive end for some characters. So for the sake of not revealing spoilers, we won’t say who these characters are until after the jump. But for those who want to know or at least have an idea of which characters will appear again – because they have sequels – we kind of have a small tiny glimpse of what is to come.

New reports confirm that Black Panther writer and director Ryan Coogler will return for Black Panther 2.

The deal shouldn’t come as a huge surprise to anyone. The first film is one of the highest grossing Marvel Studios films to date, having earned $700 million domestically and more than $1.3 billion worldwide. It’s considered to be a cultural phenomenon with the way it addresses themes of race and identity, while also being a superhero film. And people have caught notice of the impact it has made. The world may be waiting for the release of Avengers: Infinity War, but many are still talking about the worldwide phenomenon known as Black Panther. Marvel Studios’ latest film has broken all kinds of box office records and has grossed over $1.3 billion nearly nine and a half weeks after its release. So, of course, they would greenlight a sequel.

However, Marvel knows that you just don’t dive in head first without a story or someone to direct it. And that’s why the studio isn’t ready to pull the trigger on starting production.
