Christopher Robin Trailer: Winnie The Pooh Helps Find Your Lost Inner Child

It’s the year that cute little cuddly bears help us find the one missing piece we have in our lives during these dark and dreary times. Disney has released the first teaser trailer for Christopher Robin, their live-action take on Winnie the Pooh.
But instead of making just another live-action adaptation of their animated classic, the studio will put a timeless/Hook spin on the property by aging the title character. In the film, Robin is weighed down by the responsibilities of being an adult with a family to provide for and a thankless job, leading to him being reunited with his childhood toy. ‘Fargo’ Season 2 Adds Patrick Wilson, Ted Danson, Jean Smart & more
|

As far as 2014 in TV shows go, Fargo is one of the best. Because of the resounding success and acclaim the miniseries has received, FX ordered a second season. However, the upcoming season wouldn’t follow Molly and Gus Grimly solving a series of murders in their small town again; instead, it will center on a younger Lou Solverson (played by Keith Carradine in season one) returning from a tour of duty in Vietnam, and the incident that occurred in Sioux Falls, SD, which was often mentioned during the first season.
Jesse Plemons and Kirsten Dunst were the first to be cast in the new season as a married couple. Now, it has been confirmed that Patrick Wilson (Watchmen) has been cast as the younger Lou Solverson. Ted Danson, Jean Smart, Nick Offerman, Brad Garrett, Kieran Culkin, Bokeem Woodbine, Jeffrey Donovan, and Angus Sampson are all also confirmed to have roles in the new series. Hit the jump for more.

Planes: Fire & Rescue
2-Disc Blu-ray l DVD l Digital HD
Directed by Bobs Gannaway
Starring Dane Cook, Ed Harris, Julie Bowen, Hal Holbrook, Brad Garrett, Stacy Keach, Teri Hatcher, Curtis Armstrong
Walt Disney Home Entertainment
Release Date: Nov 4, 2014
Planes: Fire & Rescue represents one of those types of films you may overlook due to its seemingly kiddie nature and its sequel of a spinoff status, but it warrants some credit. This improvement to its predecessor touches on some deep themes in an uplifting story of second chances and new opportunities that life presents.
The Blu-ray home release transfers the film most wonderfully, although the dearth of bonus features — once again, a Walt Disney Home Entertainment shortcoming — only slightly detracts from the overall framework. Don’t let the Cars association, which some might see as a negative, cloud your thinking. Planes: Fire & Rescue does not crash at any point in its quick 84 minutes, but rather soars smoothly and grandly.

Release date: March 29, 2011
With their 50th animated feature, Disney tackles the classic fairy tale Rapunzel, bringing to life the story of the young girl with golden tresses locked away high up in a tower, out of reach from the outside world.
In Tangled, the opening sequence gives us Rapunzel’s history: stolen from her King and Queen parents as a newborn by an wicked old woman named Gothel (Donna Murphy), Rapunzel’s long blonde hair holds the power to restore youth, hence why the witch keeps the princess captive. The girl, not knowing her true origin, lives her life in a high tower with no doors, with no friends or interaction with the outside world. Each day, Rapunzel (Mandy Moore) lets down her 70-feet of hair through the window for Mother Gothel to climb up. Just before her 18th birthday, the teen has just one wish: to go see the floating lanterns that are lit each year on her birthday, but Gothel has no intention of letting the girl leave “home.”
