James Gunn Reveals Full ‘The Suicide Squad’ Cast

We already knew that James Gunn‘s The Suicide Squad was going to feature a pretty stellar cast, including Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, and Joel Kinnaman all returning to reprise their respective roles as Harley Quinn, Amanda Waller, Captain Boomerang, and Rick Flag from David Ayer’s 2016 film Suicide Squad. There’s also been previous announcements of new additions to the cast.
Now Gunn has revealed the full cast for the upcoming movie. See below to the full list and which familiar faces are also making a return.

James Gunn’s ‘The Suicide Squad’ Adds Peter Capaldi and Pete Davidson To Its Roster

James Gunn‘s The Suicide Squad is already shaping up to be one of the most exciting DC Extended Universe films. The film will bring back some original characters like Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as squad leader Rick Flag, and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller.
And, of course, there are the newcomers to the cast like Idris Elba, who is playing a role that has yet to be named. But he isn’t the only one new to the cast. Reports say that Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi and Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson will be a part of the soft reboot. More on the report below.

‘Christopher Robin’: Disney Releases 4-Minute Extended Trailer For Live-Action Winnie The Pooh Movie

Disney’s live-action Winnie the Pooh movie Christopher Robin is set to arrive in theaters next week. It was directed by Marc Forster (Finding Neverland) from a screenplay written by Allison Schroeder (Hidden Figures) and Alex Ross Perry (Listen Up Philip), and stars Ewan McGregor, Hayley Atwell, Bronte Carmichael, Mark Gatiss, Jim Cummings, Brad Garrett, Toby Jones, Nick Mohammed, Peter Capaldi, and Sophie Okonedo.
Ahead of the film’s arrival, Disney has released a brand new trailer. Unlike previous trailers we’ve seen, however, this new trailer is an extended sneak peek trailer running about four minutes in length. It’s the year that cute little cuddly bears help us find the one missing piece we have in our lives during these dark and dreary times. Disney has released the first teaser trailer for Christopher Robin, their live-action take on Winnie the Pooh.
But instead of making just another live-action adaptation of their animated classic, the studio will put a timeless/Hook spin on the property by aging the title character. In the film, Robin is weighed down by the responsibilities of being an adult with a family to provide for and a thankless job, leading to him being reunited with his childhood toy. A long time ago, in a place not far, far away, it ends. The TARDIS arrives in a snowy landscape, an aged and fading First Incarnation of the Doctor leads his companions Ben and Polly out onto the Antarctic landscape in 1986 where the Doctor first encounters the Cybermen from the planet Mondas. After being taken prisoner aboard a Cyberman ship, the Doctor looks weak and confused. He insists on returning to the TARDIS. He tells his companions to “keep warm” and heads out into the snowy cold. Then, a voice is heard and a figure appears. It is the Doctor in his Thirteenth Incarnation!
