Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) was caught and thrown in Arkham, (but didn’t give up Jim), and met Dr. Hugo Strange (BD Wong), whose very voice seems to make people do things to themselves and go crazier. We met Victor and Nora Fries (Guest stars Nathan Darrow and Kristen Hager), the latter dying of an incurable ailment, her husband desperate to save her. He was trying to perfect a cryogenic method to freeze her to stop the progression of the disease, but kept getting snagged on the unfreezing part. After freezing a bunch of people, they found his lair, bringing Nora in. Just as Victor was about to turn himself in, one of his dead came back to life, renewing his purpose.
