| ‘Frozen’ Will “Let It Go”… To Broadway!
Frozen producer Peter Del Vecho confirmed to TV Guide in anticipation of the ABC special The Story of ‘Frozen’: Making a Disney Animated Classic airing Tuesday, Sept. 2 at 8pm ET, that the Broadway production heavily hinted (and blatantly stated at some points) earlier this year is now in development. Still in the very early stages, Del Vecho will include directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee on the project. Disney’s Frozen tells the story of Anna (Kristen Bell), who sets off to find her sister Elsa (Idina Menzel), with trusty sidekicks snowman Olaf (Josh Gad), iceman Kristoff (Jonathan Groff), and reindeer Sven. Elsa had unknowingly set off an unending winter in Arendelle, their hometown, when a fight with Anna caused her powers to flare and scared her into running away to live in isolation. Anna wants her sister back and the kingdom thawed and saved.

| Jimmy Fallon, Idina Menzel & The Roots Perform ‘Let It Go’ From ‘Frozen’ With Classroom Instruments
On last night’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, host Jimmy Fallon and the show’s house band The Roots got together for another one of their “Classroom Instruments” performances. This time around, they were joined by Tony Award-winning performer Idina Menzel, or as the whole world knows her now thanks to John Travolta — Adele Dazeem. For this installment of Classroom Instruments, the gang did a special rendition of “Let It Go,” from Disney’s Frozen, which Menzel sings in the film.
