Rumor: Details Of Lex Luthor’s Sinister Plan In ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’
The DC Cinematic Universe is starting to grow. With Man of Steel planting the seeds, we will see how much their cinematic world will grow with the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice. We got a slight hint at the dark tones the film will have through SDCC posters and teaser reveals – the latter of which WB will likely never show again. And we still haven’t seen Jason Momoa as Aquaman, or Ray Fisher as Cybrog. Or, more importantly, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.
If you’ve seen some of the leaked set photos, then you know the level of destruction that will be seen in the film is off the scale. But how did it get to that point? Well, according to a new rumor, it might have something to do with Lex Luthor.

Zack Snyder Offers ‘Batman vs Superman’ Thoughts Including Plot, Casting & Costumes
Even though the yet untitled Man of Steel sequel, which we still are referring to as Batman vs. Superman, has had its release date pushed back to 2016, the film is still on schedule to start shooting this year. Fans are eagerly awaiting any concrete information with the plot and of course we’re all holding our breath in anticipation of seeing the new Batman costume design.
While out promoting 300: Rise of an Empire, the latest film the fan-dividing Zack Snyder has produced, The LA Times got the director to open up a bit about what we should expect to see with Batman vs. Superman, including a tease about the film’s plot, casting, and geeking out over the costumes.

Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons Cast In ‘Batman vs. Superman’ For Iconic Roles
Jesse Eisenberg will star as Lex Luthor with Jeremy Irons as Alfred in Zack Snyder’s untitled Man Of Steel sequel, according to Warner Bros. Pictures, who announced the news today.
Eisenberg and Irons join the cast of what’s been referred to as Batman vs. Superman, which will have Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince, and Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman/Clark Kent, with other returning stars Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, and Diane Lane.

Directed by Louis Leterrier, Now You See Me begins with the introductions of four illusionists vying to become the next master magician.
J. Daniel Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg) is a fast-talking street performer. Henley Reeves (Isla Fisher) is Atlas’ former assistant who has gone on to be a death-defying escape artist.
Merritt Osbourne (Woody Harrelson) is a mentalist and hypnotist who uses his gift as a con artist, and Jack Wilder (Dave Franco) relies on his sleight of hand and lock-picking skills for pickpocketing and petty theft.
The four are summoned to a secret location via mysterious invitations, and a year later they resurface as a Las Vegas mega-act known as the Four Horsemen, where their big finale involves an teleportation device that leads to an international heist, stealing millions in euros from a French bank.
Cue FBI detective Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) and Interpol agent Alma Vargas (Mélanie Laurent, Inglourious Basterds) who are assigned the task of solving the mysterious robbery and preventing two more heists the Horsemen plan to pull off during shows in New Orleans and Brooklyn.
