| ‘Ant-Man’ Trailer: “I Think Our First Move Should Be Calling The Avengers”
Marvel won’t be making any big marketing push for Ant-Man at Comic-Con this year, the film has already been getting some surprisingly great reviews. But the studio is bringing us one final trailer before the film’s release. As always, there is new footage to look at, as well as some familiar ones. But the trailer makes a point of acknowledging its existence within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, by asking those nagging questions about why aren’t some of the more qualified heroes there to help Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), and insulting those same heroes as well. Check out the new trailer below.

| The Japanese ‘Ant-Man’ Trailer Is The Best One Yet (Video)
The latest trailer for Peyton Reed‘s Marvel Studios superhero adventure Ant-Man has been released. It comes from Japan and features more action and humor than previous trailers. You can check it out here below. Just about every clip in this trailer is either new or slightly different from what Marvel has previewed for us in recent months. We get more clips of Paul Rudd getting miniature and kicking butt (and outrunning a massive flood….in a bathtub) and Corey Stoll‘s Yellowjacket being an evil bastard. Whoever cut this trailer for the Japanese market had the good sense to conclude it with the priceless train set gag from the first full U.S. trailer released back in April.

| Pixar’s ‘The Good Dinosaur’ Gets Voice Cast Overhaul; Adds Anna Paquin & more
Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur has had its share of production problems in the past. The first sign of trouble was when Bob Peterson was a no-show at D23 Expo in 2013. Due to some issues with the story, Peterson was taken off the project, and replaced by Peter Sohn (Pixar animated short Partly Cloudy). At the time, the film had already cast its voice talent, which consisted of Lucas Neff (Raising Hope), John Lithgow, Frances McDormand, Neil Patrick Harris, Judy Greer, and Bill Hader. But we are now learning that The Good Dinosaur is getting a major voice cast overhaul, and everyone except McDormand has been replaced. Some of the incoming talent includes, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliott, Jeffery Wright, Steve Zahn, and more. Check out the new cast below.

| ‘Jurassic World’ Interview: Director Colin Trevorrow |
 |

Colin Trevorrow is going to be a name you’ll be hearing a lot more of in the coming years. Though the filmmaker does have a few directing credits to his name, he got his first major recognition for his Sundance comedy hit, Safety [Not Guaranteed]. After that, he made the leap from small indie film to Jurassic World, starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D’Onofrio, and more. The film, which takes place 22 years after the events of Jurassic Park, sees a fully functioning park complete with rides, interactive experiences, and family friendly shows. But behind the scenes, there is a villainous plan that will put the park and everyone in it, in real danger. We were given a special phone interview with director Colin Trevorrow, where we got to talk about Jurassic World, making that jump from an indie film to a major blockbuster, the threat that social media and internet blogging leaks present to a film production, practical effects vs CG, Star Wars, and much more. Check out the interview below.

| ‘Jurassic World’ Will Be A Direct Sequel To The Original, According To Colin Trevorrow
Jurassic World is shaping up to be one of this summer’s most promising big-screen blockbusters, but how exactly will the fourth installment in the franchise birthed by Steven Spielberg‘s groundbreaking 1993 smash dinosaur adventure Jurassic Park address the events of the lackluster (but fun in their own way) sequels The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) and Jurassic Park III (2001)? Short answer: it won’t. According to a recent interview with Yahoo! Movies, Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow claims that his entry in the series won’t acknowledge the second and third movies. In the world of Jurassic World, they never even happened.
