This isn’t as shocking as getting doused with a cold bucket of water, but Aquaman is getting a sequel. The film is already on track to earn $65 million in its opening weekend. | Julie Andrews To Make A Splashy Entrance In James Wan’s Aquaman
A Julie Andrews cameo in Mary Poppins Returns would make a lot of sense since the singer and actress was the star of the original film. However, Andrews confirmed that she would not appear in the follow-up starring Emily Blunt as to not take away her spotlight. So Andrews has settled for a different kind of role. A very unlikely one. | ‘Despicable Me 3’ Trailer: It’s Gru Vs 80s Throwback Villain
Illumination Entertainment is a fine animation studio, but despite their well-convinced stories, the execution comes nowhere near the level of Disney or Pixar. If you had to ask what their flagship film would be, it would most probably be the Despicable Me films. Despicable Me took the studio to where it is now, and Universal has released the first trailer for Despicable Me 3, starring Steve Carrell, Kristen Wiig, and Trey Parker. | Emily Blunt In Talks To Be The Next Mary Poppins
It’s being reported that Emily Blunt has entered into negotiations to star in Disney’s sequel to Mary Poppins, taking on the title role played by Julie Andrews in the 1964 classic. Though Blunt is in talks for the role, and is said to have always been the top choice to take on the iconic character, it’s not yet certain she’ll be able to take the job. The actress is currently expecting her second child, and there’s a chance that that could prevent her from being able to commit to the project.
