Another actor from the first Independence Day film is making a return for the sequel, Independence Day 2. Vivica A Fox is set to reprise her role as Jasmine Dubrow from the 1996 original film. She joins Jeff Goldblum as the only two actors – so far – to come back to reprise their respective role. Will Smith will not return, and Bill Pullman says he will be back but there has been no confirmation as of yet.
