| ‘The King’s Speech’ Star Guy Pearce Cast In Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’
It’s being reported that yet another incredibly talented actor, Guy Pearce, has been cast in director Ridley Scott‘s upcoming movie, Prometheus, which is the currently filming prequel to his 1979 horror classic, Alien. It’s unclear what role Pearce will be playing, but he joins a fantastic existing cast that includes Michael Fassbender (Inglourious Basterds, X-Men: First Class), Noomi Rapace (The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo), Charlize Theron (Monster, The Road), Idris Elba (The Losers, Thor), Sean Harris (24 Hour Party People, The Borgias), Kate Dickie (The Pillars of the Earth), Rafe Spall (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz), and Logan Marshall-Green (Devil, Across the Universe).

| Digital Deal: M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Devil’
The digital deal of the day over at Amazon today is the film Devil, directed by John Erick Dowdle, which is available for rental for only $.99. M. Night Shyamalan came up with the story for the film, which is to be the first part of a trilogy conceived by Shyamalan called The Night Chronicles. This deal is valid only for today, Thursday, April 21, 2011, until midnight PST. Once you activate the rental through the Amazon Instant Video service, you’ll have access to the movie for 48 hours. If you’re interested in purchasing the digital version, the cost is $14.99. Also, if you’d like to own a physical copy of the movie, the Blu-ray is available for $24.99 while the DVD is $19.99.
