| Joker and Harley Quinn Movie In The Works Starring Jared Leto, Margot Robbie
I sure hope you like the Joker and Harley Quinn, geeks. Because a whole lot of them are incoming. We first saw the Batman villains together in Suicide Squad, played by Jared Leto and Margot Robbie. The actors will also be reprising the roles in the upcoming Suicide Squad 2 and Gotham City Sirens. On top of all of that, we just found out two days ago that a Joker origins movie separate from the established DC extended universe is being developed. That project, however, will cast someone new to play the diabolical prankster. Now comes word of a new project in the works. The movie, which doesn’t have a title yet, will focus on the Joker and Harley Quinn characters, with Leto and Robbie due to play them here as well.

| Quentin Tarantino’s New Film Inspired By Manson Family Murders
Whether or not Quentin Tarantino is telling us the truth about his retirement he’s been pondering after his tenth film remains to be seen, but if it is true, we’re going to have to enjoy every last minute of it because he has just announced what his ninth film will be about. For his “penultimate” film, Tarantino has decided that it will focus on the Manson family murders. Quite a subject, and one that will probably have another unique take. | David Ayer Admits He Should Have Done ‘Suicide Squad’ Differently
Suicide Squad may not be the most popular film amongst critics and some fans, but it was one of the top-grossing films of last year. Warner Bros. third entry of the DC Extended Universe was polarizing in more ways than one. The loyal fanbase supported the film even though critics eviscerated it for having too many plotholes and a lack of character motivation. But if there is one thing that Suicide Squad suffered from the most, it’s the fact that the marketing campaign failed to deliver its promise on giving us the Joker (Jared Leto). Sure the Clown Price of Crime was in the film, but trailers and TV spots had assured us he would be a vital plot point. Instead, he was an unnecessary factor. Even Leto voiced his displeasure saying that he shot enough footage for a Joker movie. The extended edition supports that fact.
