| Check Out The First Trailer For Sacha Gervasi’s ‘Hitchcock’ Starring Anthony Hopkins
Production for any film will have its fair share of problems on the set. The new Sacha Gervasi-directed drama Hitchcock will shed light on the kinds of problems that Alfred Hitchcock (Anthony Hopkins) experienced on and off the set of his greatest thriller Psycho. Check out the first trailer for the film here below. This latest biopic only covers the period of time in which Hitchcock was trying to get Psycho from development to production to full release. There are many conflicts that stand in Hitchcock’s way. People believe he is past his prime, there are production issues on set, and his romanced interest Alma Reville (Helen Mirren) believes she is being overshadowed by Hitchcock’s greatness. | HBO Orders ‘Boardwalk Empire’ Season 4
HBO likes what they’re seeing in the third season of Boardwalk Empire, which just got underway recently. It’s been announced that the show has been renewed again, giving us a fourth season of the hit period drama next fall. For those of you unfamiliar with the show, it’s set in 1920s Atlantic City (with visits to New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia as necessary) during Prohibition. It follows Enoch “Nucky” Thompson (Steve Buscemi) as a friendly public figure by day who leads a dark second life of crime as the man to see about buying liquor.

RELEASE DATE: August 28, 2012 I’ve made my love for HBO no secret, with two of my all-time favorite shows going strong right now in Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire, and a slew of others I’ve adored over the years. So instead of reviewing season 2 of Boardwalk on Blu-ray, I’ll just be swooning about it for a bit before sharing what bonus features there are to enjoy. Where season 1 established the incredible collection of characters the show has to offer, season 2 expands on them (those who have survived, anyway), creating an intricately crafted web of often interconnecting storylines. The primary focus of the second season is again Enoch “Nucky” Thompson (Steve Buscemi) and James Darmody (Michael Pitt). But instead of being the boy Nucky helped to raise, Jimmy has reunited with his estranged father, the Commodore (Dabney Coleman), and is leading the charge to take control of Atlantic City and the alcohol coming in and out of it. As you might expect, Nucky isn’t fond of anyone trying to muscle him out of his position of power, let alone the man he’s helped to make who he is, and the two go to war. The results of this power struggle trickle down, affecting anyone associated with the two parties and leading to some interesting new business partners.

What happened to Will Smith? There was a time (1997) when Smith made great, entertaining popcorn movies, but those days, it seems, are over. Since the back-to-back successes of Independence Day, Men in Black, and Enemy of the State, Smith’s filmography has been comprised of less hits and more misses: I, Robot, I Am Legend, Hancock, and his most recent film, 2008’s Seven Pounds, just to name a few. After such a slump of underwhelming movies, it makes perfect sense for Will Smith to revisit the Men in Black franchise, even if 2002’s Men in Black II was entirely disappointing. On the topic of revisiting previous films, let’s take a moment to review Will Smith’s credits, as well as his upcoming projects: Hancock 2, Bad Boys 3, I, Robot 2. Seriously? C’mon Fresh Prince, you’re better than that! Let’s hurry up and get this movie review started before someone green-lights Wild West West 2… Directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, Men in Black III reunites Smith and Tommy Lee Jones as Agents J and K, members of a top-secret government agency tasked with protecting the Earth from the scum of the universe.
