| Full Trailer For ‘Transcendence’ Starring Johnny Depp Released
A couple of days back a pair of teaser trailers were released for Transcendence, the feature directorial debut of Inception and The Dark Knight cinematographer Wally Pfister starring Johnny Depp. Usually a studio releases teasers and trailers here and there over many months, but as it turns out, Warner Brothers couldn’t wait to share Transcendence with the masses. In addition to the two teasers, a third teaser and the first full trailer were also released later that same day. Odd! | Teaser Trailers For ‘Transcendence’ With Johnny Depp Released
The first official teaser trailer (now updated with a second teaser featuring some glorious Morgan Freeman voiceover work) for Transcendence has been released online. The movie stars Johnny Depp and is the directorial debut of Wally Pfister, a cinematographer best known for working with Christopher Nolan on most of his films including the Dark Knight trilogy and Inception, which scored Pfister an Oscar. The first trailer for Last Vegas, a new movie starring Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman, Michael Douglas, and Kevin Kline has been released. In the movie, four men in their senior years head to Las Vegas to throw a bachelor party for the last of them to get married…to a woman half his age. | Watch Now: First Trailer For ‘The LEGO Movie’ Is Better Than You Might Expect
The first trailer for The LEGO Movie has found its way online, and it…doesn’t look bad. Not bad at all, actually. In fact it actually looks pretty gosh darn awesome. This really should come as no surprise as the movie is directed by Chris Miller and Phil Lord, the duo who directed the fantastic animated flick Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and 21 Jump Street, but it still is. Because let’s face it, who thought a LEGO movie could work? Of course when you gather a voice cast that includes Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, Liam Neeson, and Morgan Freeman, anything is possible. Directed by Louis Leterrier, Now You See Me begins with the introductions of four illusionists vying to become the next master magician. J. Daniel Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg) is a fast-talking street performer. Henley Reeves (Isla Fisher) is Atlas’ former assistant who has gone on to be a death-defying escape artist. Merritt Osbourne (Woody Harrelson) is a mentalist and hypnotist who uses his gift as a con artist, and Jack Wilder (Dave Franco) relies on his sleight of hand and lock-picking skills for pickpocketing and petty theft. The four are summoned to a secret location via mysterious invitations, and a year later they resurface as a Las Vegas mega-act known as the Four Horsemen, where their big finale involves an teleportation device that leads to an international heist, stealing millions in euros from a French bank. Cue FBI detective Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) and Interpol agent Alma Vargas (Mélanie Laurent, Inglourious Basterds) who are assigned the task of solving the mysterious robbery and preventing two more heists the Horsemen plan to pull off during shows in New Orleans and Brooklyn.
