| ‘Spectre’ Images Reveal Dave Bautista As Mr. Hinx, Léa Seydoux As Dr. Swann
Sony Pictures shared some set photos and a behind the scenes video of the new James Bond film Spectre. The snowy backdrop provided only a glimpse of what is to come from the new film directed by Sam Mendes. Daniel Craig returns to reprise his role as Agent 007, and joining him will be Dave Bautista as Mr. Hinx, who is described as smarter than your average henchman; and Léa Seydoux as Dr. Swann, who is not your typical leading lady in Bond. A couple of new images have dropped online, as well as some interesting new quotes from Bautista and Seydoux describing their characters. Hit the jump to see them.

| ‘Jungle Book: Origins’ Adds Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, and More
First it was announced that Benedict Cumberbatch would be playing the role of Shere Khan in Warner Brothers’ adaptation of The Jungle Book, titled Jungle Book: Origins, being directed by Lord of the Rings star Andy Serkis. But instead of waiting a bit to announce the next single actor joining the movie, it was decided to go ahead and announce the rest of the cast all at once. Joining Cumberbatch is Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Naomie Harris, Tom Hollander, Eddie Marsan, Rohan Chand, and Peter Mullan.

Martin Campbell’s 2006 film, Casino Royale, rebooted the James Bond series, establishing a new timeline and narrative framework, allowing the film to show a less experienced, more vulnerable Bond. The film introduced Daniel Craig (Layer Cake) and was praised for its dark, realistic reboot of the series – in the spirit of Batman Begins.

| Naomie Harris Says Idris Elba Should Be The First Black James Bond
Idris Elba (Prometheus, Thor) is the perfect candidate to become the next 007. He’s got swagger, he’s British, and he’s actually quite sexy. Should he accept the role – which won’t be available until after Daniel Craig completes two more Bond films – Elba would be the first non-Caucasian to play the elite MI6 spy. So how close is Elba to playing James Bond? Well according to Skyfall co-star Naomie Harris, it is pretty close. During the press rounds for Skyfall, Harris was asked about who she would like to see play as the first black James Bond. She responded with Elba’s name and gave some interesting details to support her answer.

| Watch The Teaser Trailer For Sam Mendes’ New James Bond Film ‘Skyfall’
Most teaser trailers are forgettable, useless, and fail to deliver an increase in anticipation. Apparently Sony didn’t get that memo, as the first trailer for Sam Mendes‘ Skyfall has arrived. You can watch it here below. Rather than give too much or too little, the teaser is on point, sending the right kinds of tones. The best part about this trailer is that we don’t even get a look at Javier Bardem, instead we see his shadowy figure engulfed in flames. So with no clue about the plot, the villain, or what the hell Skyfall is, I’d say that this was a very effective teaser trailer. And for those who haven’t been following the status of the movie, here’s the very vague plot description.
