ABSOLUTE EDITIONS
The thing about Absolute Editions is that, even if I personally don’t like the story, I want the Absolute Edition. Does that make sense? Let me explain. Absolute Editions are presented in the giant hardcover that basically is the same size as the original art, but it’s completely colored and printed on extremely high quality paper. So, any imaginable detail in the art can be experienced, and usually only the most high profile stories with incredibly talented creative teams get the Absolute treatment. Hilariously Honest Trailer For Chistopher Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight Rises’
|
 |

ScreenJunkies’ honest trailers have a way of pushing fanatics’ buttons in the wrong way, but there are those who find their trailers quite humorous. For the most part, the humor lies within nitpicking the smaller things that go unnoticed by the directors and film editors. We previously posted an honest trailer for The Avengers, which pointed out some issues with continuity, heroes never wearing earpieces to communicate, Asgardian gods dying, and other things.
Now a new honest trailer for Christopher Nolan‘s The Dark Knight Rises (which is out now on Blu-ray/DVD combo-pack) will definitely ruffle a few feathers. The highly anticipated third and final entry in Nolan’s Dark Knight Trilogy was perhaps the most polarizing because fans either forgave the film’s glaring plot holes in favor of Nolan’s eye and Wally Phfister‘s cinematography or they gave the film hell by posting their anger on Twitter or Facebook. Check out the honest trailer here below.

Anyone who’s been following the development and production of Man of Steel and its dovetailing with the release of The Avengers could have guessed by now that the new Superman, played by Henry Cavill, would naturally be leading the League when they make their big screen bow in three summers, around the same time The Avengers 2 hits movie screens. What wasn’t so obvious was who the studio would pick to play Batman seeing as how the Christopher Nolan-directed Dark Knight trilogy has concluded and Christian Bale doesn’t appear to be willing to be a team player in the Justice League since Nolan won’t be involved.

45 Behind The Scenes Images Of Bane Beating Batman In ‘The Dark Knight Rises’

Watching Bane (Tom Hardy) destroy Batman (Christian Bale) in The Dark Knight Rises was one of the most memorable scenes in the film.
