| ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Will Visit Planet Hulk’s Sakaar
Any hopes of a solo Hulk film have been continually shot down time and time again, and it doesn’t look like the character will be getting one anytime soon. However, that isn’t stopping Marvel Studios from finding creative ways to incorporate Hulk story arcs into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Rumors of Hulk appearing in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 supported the idea that we would get to see a Planet Hulk arc on the big screen. James Gunn quickly shot them down. But those rumors quickly popped back up when it was announced that Hulk would appear in Thor: Ragnarok. We saw hints of Planet Hulk when we saw concept art of Hulk wearing his signature gladiator armor. Now after months of rumors and speculation, director Taika Waititi has confirmed Thor: Ragnarok will be using elements of Planet Hulk by saying audiences will be paying a visit to the gladiator planet Sakaar. Check out the full story below.

| James Gunn Directed Some Future Stan Lee MCU Cameos
A common staple of any film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the Stan Lee cameo. This cameo has led to the popular theory that the Marvel Comics co-creator is, in fact, The Watcher, better known as Uatu, an all-mighty being stationed on Earth to monitor the activities of other species. Though this theory was disproven, we are still going to get to see Lee cameo in MCU films for as long as he is alive. But the guy isn’t getting any younger, and flying from set to set for just a cameo wouldn’t make any sense. So he’s already filmed his cameos for the next four MCU films. But did you know that the man who helped make all of that possible was Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 director James Gunn? More on the story below.

| ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Will Have A Tone Unlike Any Other Marvel Film
All of Marvel Studios’ films have a different tone and vibe to them, each of which makes them special and unique in their own way. But one particular title fans are interested in is Thor: Ragnarok. When the studio first premiered the new look of the title at San Diego Comic-Con this year, it got fans talking. Soon enough, we got a better idea of what kind of tone to expect when it was confirmed that Devo artist Mark Mothersbaugh was brought in to do the score. The film will hit theaters next year, so expect Marvel to kick off the marketing campaign soon after Doctor Strange. But director Taika Waititi (What We Do in the Shadows) is getting a bit of a head start by talking a little about the film. Check out what he had to say below.

| Thor’s Absence In ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Explained In Mockumentary (Video) |

During this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, the Marvel Studios’ panel had a Thor presentation full of concept art briefly showing the world outside of Earth and Asgard. We know that a large chunk of the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok will take place outside of Earth and will also be a buddy film that sees Thor and Hulk traveling the cosmos to fight Hela (Cate Blanchett), the Asgardian god of death. But before that presentation, the studio kindly showed us a hilarious mockumentary that followed what Thor did while Captain America and Iron Man were recruiting and fighting each other in Captain America: Civil War. Most of the time, any footage shown at these presentations is reserved for those who attended the event. But now just in time to celebrate the release of Captain America: Civil War on Blu-ray and Digital HD, the studio has released that video. So for a few laughs, check out the video here below.

| ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Set Photo Confirms A Mighty Father Returns
Yesterday, we saw a couple of set photos from Thor: Ragnarok that showed Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston as Thor and Loki, respectively, dressed in civilian clothing. One photo saw the Asgardian god of thunder holding a card with the street address that read “177A Bleecker St.” The photos indicate that our two favorite demigods have found themselves in New York for some reason, and it appears that they won’t be alone. Spoilers are ahead, unless you’ve already figured out who it is based on the headline. Check out who has joined Hemsworth and Hiddleston on the set of Thor: Ragnarok, below.
