Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge On The Run. In it, we see the titular character go on his first ever CGI feature film adventure to find his beloved pet snail, Gary. And apparently Keanu Reeves is a sage who also happens to be a sage. No one loves reboots more than Hollywood. Whether it be a recently released foreign film, or a classic and beloved franchise, reboots are the hot thing with the studios, and it doesn’t look to be changing. The latest one on the block? Short Circuit.

Deadline is reporting that Dimension is currently working on a deal with director Tim Hill remake the beloved cult 1986 film, which follows the story of a robot built to be a weapon, but is given a great sense of intelligence. After becoming friends with a family, the robot must flee the pursuit of the military looking to get back their property.
