Air Date: Tuesday, May 17, 2016, 8:00pm Last week on The Flash, Barry (Grant Gustin) was lost in the speed force after they tried to recreate the particle accelerator explosion, tasked with catching up with a dark shadow or leave without his powers. The speed force seems to be God, or midichlorians, or the origin of matter, or something omniscient. He was visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and… actually, the speed force just dressed up like his family to give him Joe-isms, while his real family tried to get him back through the vibes of Cisco (Carlos Valdes). The final tears came when his loving mom came and read him a childhood story, “The Runaway Dinosaur.” Barry caught the shadow – himself, as Iris (Candice Patton) reached for him through Cisco, and brought him home with his speed. Air Date: Tuesday, May 10, 2016, 8:00pm Last week on The Flash, the group tries to make do with a slow Barry (Grant Gustin), using video game-like holograms to scare the bad guys into submission. And it seems to work a bit. Zoom is terrorizing Central City, and “Rupture” (Cisco’s brother’s Earth-2 counterpart) is after Cisco (Carlos Valdes), so they decide to recreate the particle accelerator explosion. After a really long back and forth, and three dads worth of advice, they try it. Barry disintegrates. Jesse and Wally get hit with the speed force and Barry particles and pass out. Spoilers below.

Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) came face to face with Killer Frost. She helped her escape, but just as Frost was ready to get rid of her, Zoom (Teddy Sears) killed her. Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) wanted to thank the Flash for saving his life, and is ready to turn his whole life around. Spoilers below.

Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) moved in and immediately got kidnapped by Zoom. Barry sacrificed his speed to save Wally. Then Zoom kidnapped Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker). Spoilers below.

Air Date: Tuesday, April 19th, 2016, 8:00pm Last time on The Flash, we got a dose of nostalgia as Barry (Grant Gustin) went back in time to get evil Dr. Wells aka Eobard Thawne (Tom Cavanagh) to help him run faster. We got to see Eddie (Rick Cosnett) once more, and Barry got Eddie to make a love video for future Iris (Candace Patton), who had been having a hard time moving on. Past Wells figured it out but agreed to help future Barry anyway. Barry mucked it up even more so that Cisco and Caitlin (Carlos Valdes and Danielle Panabaker) found out too. His only saving grace was that he did not reveal what was in store for Thawne. We don’t know the full consequences of his time traveling actions, only that when he got back, Hartley Rathaway (Andy Mientus) was now on Team Flash. Spoilers below.
