So far, on Crisis on Earth-X, all of the heroes and legends converged on Central City to attend the wedding of Barry and Iris (Grant Gustin, Candice Patton). Of course, happiness can’t happen without hitches and glitches, so Nazis invaded the ceremony, led by evil Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), evil Supergirl (Melissa Benoist), and the original Eobard Thawne wearing a Wells (Tom Cavanagh) face. They came from Earth-X, the 53rd earth where the Nazis won WWII. The plan? Save dying evil Supergirl by taking the heart of our Kara. Some cool battles ensued, but our heroes were left in a Nazi prison at the end of Arrow last night.

Warning! Spoilers below for the season 3 finale of The Flash!
Last season on The Flash, Savitar, aka warped Barry remnant (Grant Gustin), was finally defeated without Iris (Candice Patton) dying because HR (Tom Cavanagh) sacrificed himself instead. There was a giant fight – Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) ended up saving Cisco (Carlos Valdes), and Iris took out Savitar. The speed force needed a sacrifice and showed up as Barry’s mother, insisting he needed to go love there or worlds would be destroyed. Julian (Tom Felton) made a cure but Caitlin didn’t take it, although she was on a path to redemption.

Warning! Spoilers below for the season 3 finale of The Flash!
Last week’s Flash was full of tears, as Barry (Grant Gustin), desperate to save Iris (Candice Patton) as the clock wound down, went back in time to get Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) to help him steal an energy source from A.R.G.U.S. This energy was needed to fuel the “speedforce bazooka” that Tracy Brand (Anne Dudek) built, inspired by her muse and crush HR (Tom Cavanagh). After a harrowing reenactment of Jaws, they retrieved it and Barry and Snart said goodbye in a bittersweet moment for Captain Cold fans. The team went to Infantino Street to stop Savitar from killing Iris, but it didn’t work. Savitar ran Iris through and Barry held her body in his arms. Vibe (Carlos Valdes) and Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) faced off.

Last week on The Flash, Cisco (Carlos Valdes) came up with a flawed (but from the heart) plan to prevent Barry (Grant Gustin) from making new memories, so that Savitar-the-Barry-remnant wouldn’t know what it was. It was too successful. Barry and Savitar got complete amnesia. Both myself and Iris (Candice Patton) were happy to see this lighthearted Barry without all the darkness and pain, falling in love with her all over again. Unfortunately, Barry was also crucial to a court case, resulting in a firebug walking. Said firebug attacked, but Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) had no powers because Savitar never awakened them, and Barry couldn’t control his. Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) showed up to help Cisco and Julian (Tom Felton) fix the mess. They got to the Caitlin underneath. HR and Tracy (Tom Cavanagh, Anne Dudek) started falling in love. She finished the “speed force bazooka” but it needs a lot of energy… energy that is guarded by King Shark.

The team found Tracy Brand (Anne Dudek) and told her the future. HR (Tom Cavanagh) had a crush.

Last week on The Flash, Barry (Grant Gustin) went to the year 2024 to find out who Savitar really is. Future Cisco (Carlos Valdes) was super happy to see him. He wanted to get the gang back together, because after Iris (Candice Patton) died, Barry went in a downward spiral. And he never did find out Savitar’s identity. Barry went to return to 2017, but got stuck and helped Cisco reunite everyone. They defeated 2 metas, and Future Barry gave Barry some tech that may help save Iris.

Last time on The Flash, the new meta in town was Abra Kadabra (David Dastmalchian), a 64th century Flash-hating villain with Gypsy (Jessica Camacho) on his tail. He withheld Savitar knowledge. Barry (Grant Gustin) won’t free the murderer in a deal, but Joe (Jesse L. Martin) did. A fight and ensued and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) got speared with a pole, making surgery with no anesthesia and no doctor a necessity. Julian (Tom Felton) managed to do a decent job to no avail. Caitlin coded. Julian pulled off her protective necklace turning her into Killer Frost. Barry told Joe and Iris he was going to the future for answers.

Last week on The Flash, all my dreams came true as Barry and the Barettes did a few musical numbers. Also a Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Arrow-ish crossover (latter 2 and The Flash came from Arrow), a villain called the Music Meister (Darren Criss, Glee) trapped Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) in a musical dreamworld, mentioning The Flash (Grant Gustin) as he exited. Mon-El and J’onn (Chris Wood, David Harewood) brought her to S.T.A.R. Labs for help. The Music Meister got pinched, but not before he sent Barry down the rabbit hole as well. The rules were they had to move the story (of forbidden mob love), along with performances of some snappy numbers. Here’s where Gustin, Benoist, Carlos Valdes (Cisco), Jeremy Jordan (Winn), Jesse L. Martin (Joe West), Victor Garber (Stein), and John Barrowman (Malcolm Merlyn) got to show off their chops with some awesome original and cover songs. My favorite, “I’m Your Superfriend,” was written by Rachel Bloom (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend – my new guilty pleasure), and was a complete delight, with Benoist and Gustin using comedy and tap to make me smile. Everything worked out – Barry and Iris (Candice Patton) and Mon-El and Kara reconciled and escaped the dreamworld, because the Music Meister wasn’t a villain at all. He did this for love. This episode also showed off Gustin’s funny side.

Last night on Supergirl, a musical was briefly mentioned as a suggestion for a movie from Mon-El to Kara (Chris Woods, Melissa Benoist). Then… at the end of the episode, an alien was brought in who spoke to Kara, “I’ve been looking for you.” He breaks out of his cuffs and whammies her with his eyes. She passes out and opens her eyes to a dream state where she is all dolled up and pushed onstage to sing.
Spoilers for The Flash musical below.

Last week on The Flash, Savitar kept messing with Wally’s (Keiynan Lonsdale) mind. Julian (Tom Felton) reluctantly went under so Barry (Grant Gustin) could talk to Savitar. Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) confessed she kept a piece of the philosopher’s stone, which turned out to be a good thing. As long as it wasn’t whole, Savitar was trapped in the speed force. Unfortunately, Wally threw the other piece in, freeing Savitar and trapping Wally. Jesse (Violett Beane) turned to HR (Tom Cavanagh) for dad comfort. Barry and Iris (Candice Patton) got engaged, then unengaged.
