The adventure of Lord Henry Baltimore and the cursed bells concludes.
In Baltimore: The Curse Bells #5, Lord Henry Baltimore fights the evil priest that now has taken control of the villagers in the nearby town by cursing the bells of an old church. The cursed bells grant the priest ultimate control over anyone who can hear the bells ring. Everyone is under the priest’s control except for Lord Henry Baltimore. Baltimore takes on the evil priest’s army while Baltimore ultimate enemy, Haigus, has other plans. Will Baltimore defeat the evil priest? Will Baltimore get his revenge on the one-eyed vampire Haigus?
Baltimore: The Curse Bells concludes with another great ending to this fantastic series. The story continues to impress and leaves the reader wanting more. With issue 5, readers get an end to the battle between Baltimore and the evil priest. The ending was satisfying and leaves the story open ended so readers can possibly expect more adventures from Baltimore and the crazy world he lives in. The writing by Christopher Golden and Mike Mignola was super fun and gripping. The art by Ben Stenbeck is impressive as always. The colors by Dave Stewart bring life to this already fantastic story.
Baltimore: The Curse Bells was one great miniseries. I’m very much looking forward to more stories from Golden and Mignola. You haven’t been reading Baltimore: The Curse Bells? Then I would highly suggest picking up this five issue miniseries. It’s one great miniseries that deserves a read.
