Community‘s Gillian Jacobs has landed the female lead in Steve Pink‘s Hot Tub Time Machine 2, which stars Rob Corddry, Craig Robinson, Clark Duke, Adam Scott, and her former Community co-star Chevy Chase, who will be reprising his role as the mysterious hot tub repairman who enables the characters to travel through time.

This sequel to Pink’s 2010 tribute to/parody of ’80s teenage party movies takes the gang into the future where they meet the son of John Cusack’s character (who isn’t returning) played by Adam Scott. No word has been given as to when Hot Tube Time Machine 2 will go into production, but it’s a safe bet the film will hit theaters sometime in 2014.
