Game of Thrones

One of the most iconic images to come from the production of HBO’s Game of Thrones, has been a promotional image of Lord Eddard Stark (Sean Bean) sitting in the Iron Throne (seen above).

Phileas Flash is an entertainer who does balloon sculptures, but these are not the balloon animal poodles from your childhood. These are astonishingly complex balloon creations. One of his projects was to recreate the image above entirely with balloons, and, as you can see in the image below, he very much succeeded!

Flash has done a ton of great balloon sculptures, many of which are geek-friendly. They include the one below, a Doctor Who 50th anniversary celebration, and a Star Wars Stormtrooper. You can see much more of his work on his Facebook page.
