GoD’s Dave3 posted about some Glow in the Dark Moon Soap available from Bubble Genius, which then got me wondering — what other nifty items does the company have to offer?

First thing I did was go to their Halloween section where I spotted their Boo Bath Glow in the Dark Ghost Soap! So adorable and it glows in the dark – a must-have for the season. There’s also bats, skulls, jack-o-lanterns, and more.

They also have some geeky themed soaps for all year round, like this Box O’ Bots Mini Robot Soap Set!

Luckily, the good folks over at Bubble Genius were nice enough to send me a sample of soaps to check out…

I recently had the opportunity to chat one-on-one with Dylan Baker, who plays Principal Wilkins in Trick “˜r Treat. The actor talked about the Halloween-themed horror film, its “rules,” and why it never hit theaters. He also gave his thoughts on geek culture, classic horror stories, and much more!

Baker will take part in a special, one-night-only event for the cult classic film, which includes the first-time-ever theatrical screening of Trick “˜r Treat, followed by a panel with the stars, happening on October 28, 2013 at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood, CA.

One thing we didn’t see coming was Zack Snyder casting Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman in Batman vs. Superman. It was certainly one of the most polarizing casting decisions made this year. But when Warner Brothers CEO Kevin Tsujihara started to describe this iteration of Batman and said that it would be completely different from the rest because he was “tired and weary,” the casting decision made more sense.

With the actor shooting David Fincher’s Gone Girl, Affleck had some time to talk about Batman, his initial reluctance to take the role, and how his take on the character will be a surprise to the audience.

The Disney princesses—Snow White, Belle, Ariel, and many more—are dressing up for Halloween, and of course, they’re going as some of the most popular fictional characters of then and now, including from Game of Thrones, Star Wars, The Avengers, The Walking Dead, Harry Potter, and more.
