Next month, ABC will air a one-hour special entitled Marvel Studios: Assembling a Universe that will provide a behind the scenes and behind the cameras look at how the media company operates. As part of this special, a “sneak peek” is promised of the upcoming and highly anticipated sequel The Avengers: Age of Ultron. The movie recently entered its principal photography phrase, so it is unclear exactly what the special will be showing at this time.
Additionally, the special will premiere new footage for this year’s two upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. The special will also include preview footage from upcoming episodes of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which also airs on ABC.
Be prepared for a “front row seat to the inception of Marvel Studios, the record-breaking films, the cultural phenomenon, and further expansion of the universe by Marvel Television” when Assembling a Universe airs on March 18, 2014 at 8pm.
