Chris Pratt and Chris Evans Captain America Seattle Children's Hospital

Guardians Of The Galaxy‘s Chris Pratt and his fellow Marvel hero Captain America‘s Chris Evans just finished up the second round of charity appearances from their TwitterBowl Super Bowl bet when they visited Seattle Children’s Hospital in Seattle, WA this weekend.

The first part of the bet involved Chris Pratt dressing as his Guardians character Star-Lord to visit the children and families at Christopher’s Haven in Boston, MA; Evans, in plains clothes, had accompanied him. This time around, it was Evans’ turn to suit up as he appeared at the hospital as Captain America, with Pratt in street clothes.

Check out the photos here below.

The Hospital posted several photos to their Facebook page along with the following message:

A superhero size THANK YOU to Chris Pratt and Chris Evans for spending time with our patients today. The kids were beyond excited to meet Captain America and Star-Lord. And thanks to Marvel and Disney for helping make this day extra special!

Back in January, Boston, MA native and New England Patriots fan Chris Evans aka Captain America, and Lake Stevens, WA, resident and Seattle Seahawks fan Chris Pratt aka Star-Lord struck up a Super Bowl bet on Twitter. The stakes were if the Patriots won, Pratt as Star-Lord would visit Christopher’s Haven in Boston, MA; if the Seahawks won, Evans as Captain America would visit Seattle Children’s Hospital in Seattle, WA. The two actors, who were together in Glendale, AZ, at the Super Bowl game, ended up raising both awareness and thousands of dollars for both charities through their public sports rivalry. After the Patriots won, Evans posted to Twitter that both actors would be visiting both children’s hospitals together.

The first stop for the superheroes was at Christopher’s Haven, which provides housing for families with children receiving cancer treatments at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children in Boston. Pratt posted photos online of the event, as did Christopher’s Haven, which you can see here.

For the trip to Boston, Pratt, dressed as his Marvel character Star-Lord, took photos with the families and children, who were reportedly given lots of toys and gift bags, courtesy of Newbury Comics and Disney (Disney is the studio behind Guardians). Evans, in plain clothes, was on hand for photos ops as well, and to also make sure that Pratt was seen with his newly bestowed New England Patriots jersey, complete with his last name on the back and the number 12, which is Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s number.
