The holiday season is upon us, and that means it’s time to party and celebrate the end of the year. And what kind of celebration would it be without a Christmas party, especially the kind of party that involves drinking, physical humor, and other unsightly vulgarity? Paramount Pictures has released the latest trailer for Josh Gordon & Will Speck‘s Office Christmas Party, starring Jason Bateman, Olivia Munn, T. J. Miller, Jillian Bell, Courtney B. Vance, Kate McKinnon and Jennifer Aniston. As you might expect with the cast and the title, this will be the kind of office Christmas party that everyone will be talking about, that is, if they’ll be able to recall it after the amount of alcohol they’ve consumed.

Now-a-days there are two types of Christmas movies, one being the traditional family-friendly one, while the other is of the raunchy variety. Office Christmas Party fits the latter. It’s a nice break from those who enjoy the holiday, but still want something a little more mature… or at least something that isn’t a blockbuster tentpole. Of course, there is something at stake during Christmas, and I can’t help but feel that the holidays will bring Miller and Aniston, who play bickering siblings in the film, together.
The film also stars Jamie Chung, Vanessa Bayer, Rob Corddry, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Matt Walsh, Randall Park, Sam Richardson, and much more.
Here’s the official plot synopsis:
In Office Christmas Party, when the CEO (Jennifer Aniston) tries to close her hard-partying brother’s branch, he (T.J. Miller) and his Chief Technical Officer (Jason Bateman) must rally their co-workers and host an epic office Christmas party in an effort to impress a potential client and close a sale that will save their jobs.
Office Christmas Party hits theaters on December 9th.
