The crowd was buzzing at the start of Amazon’s panel for their new scripted drama, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, as its lead star and executive producer John Krasinski — who plays the titular character — hit the stage. Along with moderator Terry Schwartz, Krasinski was accompanied by co-star Abbie Cornish, and executive producers Carlton Cuse and Graham Roland.

Fans were treated to a couple of scenes from the show, the initial clip being the first seven minutes of the premiere episode.

The Walking Dead is certainly the biggest draw at New York Comic Con each year, and NYCC 2017 was no different. With an exuberant crowd at Madison Square Garden, the show’s cast and crew took to the stage to offer some insight into the series’ upcoming eighth season.

If you’re anything like me, the thought of being able to do the kind of acrobatic movements that Spider-Man is known for would be an incredible dream come true. Well, with the #HangLikeSpidey photo opp – a promotional experience for the October 7 release of Spider-Man: Homecoming on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray, and DVD – at New York Comic Con, my dream became reality (as you can see in the picture gallery by the large smile on my face)! And if you’re at NYCC, it can become yours as well!

If any of you are like me, you grew up watching the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, playing with the brand’s action figures, and reading the comics. But have you ever wondered what it was like for the creators of TMNT — or any other popular franchise for that matter — to hit it big in the comic book industry? What kind of stories do these guys have to tell from behind the scenes?

In Drawing Blood — a graphic novel written by one of TMNT‘s co-creators, Kevin Eastman, and that is currently running on Kickstarter — you’ll get to learn about some of these true stories, only set in a fictionalized world. Joined by comic creators David Avallone and Ben Bishop, Eastman’s Kickstarter for Drawing Blood has passed its goal of $75,000, and with only has a few days left, is now reach for some awesome stretch goals!

I was able to chat with both Avallone and Bishop about the project, and am excited to share their experiences with all of you! Check out the interview here below, along with their video for Drawing Blood!

Connecticon — the small comic book convention based in Hartford, Connecticut — is undoubtedly the perfect venue for fans of all ages to peruse the convention’s floors, taking in all of its geek-culture offerings, while sporting their best cosplay duds.
