Trailer For Amusement Park Horror Flick ‘Hell Fest’ Released

CBS Films has released a teaser trailer for Hell Fest, an upcoming horror flick set in horror-themed amusement park.
The movie is directed by Gregory Plotkin (Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension), and produced by Gale Anne Hurd (Terminator, Aliens, The Walking Dead). It stars Amy Forsyth, Reign Edwards, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Christian James, Roby Attal, and Matt Mercurio.

Amazon Greenlights ‘Lore’ Season 2

Amazon has announced that they have officially ordered season two of Lore, the horror anthology series which premiered on Amazon Prime this past October.
The series is based on the Aaron Mahnke podcast of the same name, and presents various scary fables which have been told throughout history using a combination of live-action and animated segments paired with documentary footage.

NYCC 2017 Interview: AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’ Cast and Creators

AMC’s The Walking Dead has become a household topic, with the series’ popularity remaining high as it prepares to unveil its eighth season, premiering with its 100th episode, later this month. Geeks of Doom had the opportunity to participate in a press conference and Q&A this weekend with the show’s cast members and producers at New York Comic-Con 2017.

In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Aliens, a panel was held at San Diego Comic-Con 2016 featuring those involved with the movie.
The panel included writer/director James Cameron (Titanic, Avatar, Terminator 2), producer Gale Anne Hurd (The Walking Dead), and cast members Sigourney Weaver (Galaxy Quest, Avatar), Bill Paxton (True Lies, Apollo 13), Lance Henriksen (Millennium, The Terminator), Michael Biehn (The Terminator, Tombstone), Paul Reiser (Red Oaks, Whiplash), and Carrie Henn, who played Newt, looking back at the iconic science fiction classic.

AMC Gives ‘The Walking Dead’ Spinoff The Greenlight

Hot off the news that AMC would be moving forward with a Breaking Bad spinoff, tentatively titled Better Call Saul based on the character Saul Goodman, comes word that the network is moving forward with another spinoff based off one of their highly successful shows.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, AMC has given the greenlight for an untitled Walking Dead spinoff. The announcement was made by the network, The Walking Dead comic book creator Robert Kirkman, and executive producers Gale Anne Hurd and Dave Alpert.
