| How ‘The Lion King’ Ripped Off ‘The Matrix’ (Video)
A new video is making the rounds of a high school student making a PowerPoint presentation in which he argues that Disney ripped off The Matrix in making movies such as The Lion King. You might already be thinking to yourself “That student is an idiot and most definitely failed their project.” And you would be absolutely right, of course, had it been a real student. The video really comes from an Emerson College comedy group called Chocolate Cake City, as I found out after having watched it thinking the whole time it was notable high school cool kid Clid Samby. The skit is actually presented by Pierce Campion. You can check out the video below.

| ‘Futurama’: Watch The 30-Minute Live Action Fan Film ‘Fan-O-Rama’ |

Back in July we saw a trailer for a live-action Futurama fan film titled Fan-O-Rama. The film was being made by Cinema Relics, and a lot of work was clearly being put into bringing the hit animated series to life. Now the short has been released online, and can be enjoyed below. It runs a little under 18 minutes in length, with some bonus stuff after the credits, and includes lots of familiar Futurama goodness. Only now it’s real actors and animatronics instead of animated. As I said about the trailer, it’s hard to get past the voices not being the same if you’re a fan of the original. But the rest is phenomenal, especially the costumes, sets, puppets, makeup, props, etc. Oh, and they even brought in Rich Little to play Nixon’s head, so that alone is worth seeing. And you’ll no doubt spot multiple things you’ll wish Planet Express could deliver to your personal collection immediately. That Nibbler puppet? We needs it.

| ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’: Death Troopers Prank Disney Store Customers
To help promote the recently released Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, a little prank was set up involving some Death Troopers and some customers at a Disney Store. Nothing complicated about this one, folks. It’s simply some Death Trooper statues set up in a Disney store and the people who discover they are not really statues. Classic. Or a brand new twist on the Mannequin Challenge if you’re super young and don’t remember classic stuff! Either way, the best part is seeing the reactions and interactions involving some of the kids. Click on over to the other side to watch the video.
