| Linda Hamilton Returning As Sarah Connor For New ‘Terminator’ Movie
During a private event celebrating the Terminator franchise, The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day director James Cameron announced one of the stars of his two entries in the franchise, Linda Hamilton, will be returning to play Sarah Connor once again. She joins fellow returning star Arnold Schwarzenegger on the cast. Instead of trying to continue from where other movies in the franchise—2003’s Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, 2009’s Terminator Salvation, and 2015’s Terminator Genisys—left off, this newest installment is being planned as a direct sequel to Cameron’s Judgment Day. It’s also being developed as the beginning of a new trilogy.

| First Trailer For ‘Tomb Raider’ Movie Reboot Released
The first trailer has been released for Tomb Raider, a reboot of the movie franchise based on the hit 2013 video game…which was itself a reboot of the game series. The movie stars Oscar winner Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina, The Danish Girl) as Lara Croft, the daughter of an adventurer who sets off on a quest to the last known destination of her father, who mysteriously disappeared years earlier. | Watch: Second ‘Blade Runner 2049’ Prequel Short “2048: Nowhere To Run”
A couple of weeks back we saw the first in a trio of Blade Runner 2049 prequel shorts, titled “2036: Nexus Dawn,” which followed Jared Leto‘s character as he sought a repeal of the prohibition placed on replicants. Now the second prequel short, titled “2048: Nowhere to Run,” has been released. It follows Dave Bautista‘s character, a replicant named Sapper Morton, as he tries to keep a low profile.
