| Fall 2020 Book Recommendations
Fall is almost here and with it comes lots of great new book releases. I’m an avid reader, but this year thanks to being mostly indoors because of COVID-19, I’ve already read more books in the last six months than I typically do in any given year. Probably three times as many. So, I’m really looking forward to this Fall’s new releases to keep me occupied. Below are some books I personally am looking forward to this Fall, listed here in order of release date, starting with books releasing in September 2020. After this main list, I’ve included some picks for books that came out earlier this year that maybe you missed, and then some others that are older, but there’s a good reason to get to reading them now. Continue on to check out my Fall 2020 Book Recommendations….

| ‘Sherlock Holmes 3’ Release Date Pushed Back To 2021
Sherlock Holmes 3 has been one of those films that just can’t lock in a release date for one reason or another. A lot of that has to do with the fact that Robert Downey Jr. (Sherlock Holmes) and Jude Law (John Watson) are busy people working on various projects, and the script is being worked out. As such, the capper to the trilogy has been pushed back from time to time. So it comes as no surprise that the final chapter in that trilogy has now been pushed back to a 2021 release. More on the report below.

Cover Price: $3.99 Is it just me or does there seem to be an uptick in the number of Sherlock Holmes adaptations/re-imaginings of late? Movies, television, comics, you name it. It seems only fair then that we have a version for all ages, one that the kiddos will enjoy and with which they might identify. Kid Sherlock #1 fits the bill with plenty to offer all readers.

| ‘Step Brothers’ Stars Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly Reunite For Sherlock Holmes Movie
Remember way back in 2008, right around the time that the first of Guy Ritchie’s action movie takes on Arthur Conan Doyle‘s Sherlock Holmes character was on the way starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law, when there was a second more comedic Sherlock project in the works starring Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby co-stars Sacha Baron Cohen and Will Ferrell as Holmes and Watson? The screenplay for the movie was written by Etan Cohen, but the movie didn’t materialize at the time. Now comes word that the project, titled Holmes & Watson, is up and moving again. This time around Ferrell is set to play Holmes instead of Watson and another one of his Talladega Nights co-stars, John C. Reilly, who also starred with Ferrell in Step Brothers, is taking on the role of Watson.
