| ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Avengers 4’ Production Budget Could Be As High As $1 Billion
The Russo Brothers are in the midst of simultaneously shooting both Avengers: Infinity War and the tentatively titled Avengers 4. Not counting the marketing budget, the films’ combined production budget is, without a question, very high, considering that it touts one of the biggest ensemble casts anyone has ever seen. Now a new report seems to confirm that notion, as the production budget reportedly goes as high as $1 billion. Yes, that’s with a B. No. There is no nefarious Doctor Evil laugh. Marvel Studios has released the very first look at Avengers: Infinity War in a brand new behind-the-scenes featurette that details what fans should expect to see and how the threat of Thanos will have an impact on the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a whole. That’s because the video confirms the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy will finally be teaming up. Oh, and something about a Spider-Man being a part of this team is there, too. | Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange Recruited For ‘Avengers: Infinity War’
It is going to be hard to believe that any hero that has appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe would not have a role in Avengers: Infinity War. Though the team is currently fractured, they would most likely have to put their differences aside to fight Thanos. As far as we know, the founding members, maybe the Guardians of the Galaxy, members of Team Iron Man and Team Captain America, Spider-Man, and Black Panther will all participate in the fight to defend Earth. Now it looks like they won’t be alone as Benedict Cumberbatch says Doctor Strange will be joining the fray. More on the story below.

| ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Now One Film, Second Half Becomes ‘Untitled Avengers’ Sequel
Since it was first announced in October 2014, Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War was intended to be the company’s biggest release to date. Intentions, much like the best of plans, tend to change over time. Nearly two years have passed and what was initially slated to be a two-part feature that would close out Marvel’s Phase Three line-up with each installment released a year apart in May of 2018 and 2019, it appears that Infinity War will no longer be split in half, as confirmed recently by Disney. Instead it will now be a single film, with what was originally to be the second part of the epic that would unite the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe in glorious battle against the Mad Titan Thanos reconfigured as an untitled Avengers project. Release dates for the two films have not changed though.
