| ‘The Old Man and The Gun’ Trailer: Robert Redford Is The Gentleman’s Bank Robber
We are accustomed to seeing very aggressive bank robbers in films. Some so hostile they resort to taking hostages or mowing down people with their heavy artillery. But every once in a while, you get a different kind of bank robber. One that is unconventional. And that is what you will see in The Old Man and the Gun starring Robert Redford. Fox Searchlight has released a new trailer for the film, which doesn’t hide the fact that it is partially based on a true story. But the most interesting thing about it is that this film feels unlike any other bank robbery or heist film in terms of its cast, how it was shot, and even the music. Everything about it feels like a callback to the movies of old. Check out the trailer below.
