| New ‘Game Of Thrones’ Video Game Trailer Released
Atlus PR and Focus Home Interactive have released a new trailer for the upcoming Game of Thrones video game being developed by Cyanide Studios. The trailer, titled “This Is War,” joins a group of trailers that have been released for the game, including the two we saw back in December. We’ve remained cautiously optimistic about the RPG, and though it doesn’t look like it will be winning any Game of the Year awards, it does still look like it could be fun for fans of George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” book series and the HBO series. In addition to the new trailer, a combat gameplay video was also recently released. You can check out both videos below now.

| The Most Shocking Moments Of ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 1 |
By Not Sure
| March 31st, 2012 at 3:12 pm |

This article only addresses events that happened during the first season of the HBO TV series Game Of Thrones, not how they were originally portrayed in the George R. R. Martin’s series of novels, A Song of Ice and Fire. Game of Thrones has delivered unto us a show that is as rich as it is complex, a fantasy show flush with blood, lust, and treachery. To say that the bar hasn’t risen to unfairly high levels for the second season is an understatement, and saying that the show’s propensity for the truly shocking has added to those great expectations is certainly another. In advance of Sunday night’s premiere of Season 2, we thought it best to highlight some of those shocking moments from Season 1; those scenes that made your jaw drop and your pulse quicken. Warning: There are tons of spoilers beyond this point.

This month in A Game Of Thrones #6 we deal mainly with interpersonal relationships between the characters, helping to feed the already twisting plots. Allies are not always to be trusted, nor are enemies always the most dangerous. George R.R. Martin‘s debut novel is brought to the comic reader in breathtaking fashion. We begin by seeing Jon Snow humiliating one of his “brothers” of the Night’s Watch. Not his finest hour nor an intelligent move on his part. Luckily, he quickly sees the folly of his ways, just as his father, Eddard Stark, knows that being hundreds of leagues away in King’s Landing is perilous on multiple levels. Surprisingly, he discovers his wife is nearby and being hidden in a most unusual place. Again, not everything is as it seems.

I’ve made it no secret how much of a fan of HBO’s original programming and similar shows I am…to the point of it being difficult for me personally to even watch regular network/cable TV shows not named The Walking Dead anymore. Two of my favorite current shows are on HBO, one being Boardwalk Empire and the other being, big surprise and SPOILER ALERT: Game of Thrones. And while it’s silly of me to give away my feelings on the first season of the series so early in my review, allow me to tell you why I’m so googly-eyed over this wonderful, wonderful world.

| Watch Now: ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 2 Trailer ‘Power and Grace
Another wonderful trailer for season 2 of HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones has been released, and much like the last, it too will make the wait to April all the more excruciating to bear. There’s already a significant amount of storylines set up just by this short trailer—to a point where it better sets up its storylines than a lot of full-length feature films do these days. Yet another testament to the job HBO is doing adapting these complex stories and characters from the mind of author George R.R. Martin. You can see the new Game of Thrones season 2 trailer by continuing on below now.
