‘Gemini Man’ Featurette: VFX Technology Will Create A Digital Will Smith Replica

The first teaser trailer for Ang Lee‘s Gemini Man set up the basic plot of a man who is confronted by an assassin who looks just like him but 27 years younger. The film will star Will Smith as both the elder assassin and the young operative. Though we have seen de-aging technology being used before, it has garnered mixed results. Most of the time it looks just like CG plastic mask. But it looks like Lee and producer Jerry Bruckheimer are going to great lengths to make sure that isn’t the case here and that it will be a “phenomenal experience for the audience.”
Now Paramount Pictures has released a new featurette that shows that Gemini Man will not have “de-aging” or “face replacement.” Check out the video below.

HBO’s Game of Thrones has now come and gone, and while most of the series was universally praised, the final season was a bit polarizing.

‘Game Of Thrones’ Creators’ ‘Star Wars’ Project Is Next After ‘Rise Of Skywalker’

There has been some debate as to which Star Wars films will follow Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. We knew that Star Wars: The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson was developing a new trilogy and that Game of Thrones creators and showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss were developing their own project. But we didn’t know which would come first. The recent release of Disney’s film release schedule didn’t reveal any clue as to which one would hit theaters first either, but it did show us that we will be getting at least three films in the coming years.
But now Bob Iger has revealed that Benioff and Weiss’s project will be the next Star Wars film we see after The Rise of Skywalker. See what he had to say below.

Future ‘Star Wars’ Are On A Short Hiatus But Will Explore Possible Different Timelines

Though Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will be the final chapter of the Skywalker saga, the Star Wars hype doesn’t stop there. It will live on through new stories that will be told by The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson and Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. Their new trilogies will expand the Star Wars universe in unimaginable ways. And though we know that the three are handling their own franchises, we know next to nothing about them. And probably won’t for a while since they are working on other projects – Johnson is finishing Knives Out, and Benioff and Weiss are overseeing the final season of Game of Thrones.
Luckily, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy provided some insight on what we can expect from their Star Wars projects and what it could mean for the franchise. Check out what she had to say below.

‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 8 Premiere: 18-Minute Behind-The-Scenes Featurette

It’s the last season of Game Of Thrones, and although the season 8 premiere episode didn’t tell us who would be claiming the throne, we have learned that Cersei really wanted elephants for her army, Tyrion likes to tell a lot of ball jokes to the eunuch Varys, and Bran can give a dirty glance to Jaime. Of course, I’m not going to reveal some of the bigger spoilers here, but I can tell you that the stage is being set for one grand series finale.
But for those who love a behind-the-scenes look, especially for one of the most popular television shows, you can see how Winter Town, a small little town just outside of Winterfell, was created; the expectations for the first episode of the final season; what it like for the cast to come back, and much more. Check out the video here below.
