| ‘Gemini Man’ Trailer: Will Smith Faces Off Against A Younger Faster Version Of Himself
Paramount Pictures has released the second trailer for Gemini Man. The first trailer was released back in April. Directed by Ang Lee, the film centers on Henry Brogan (Will Smith), an elite assassin who is suddenly targeted and pursued by a mysterious young operative that seemingly can predict his every move. This mysterious young operative is none other than a younger version of himself (also played by Smith). Now it is time for the older Brogan to get into the truth of the conspiracy that his behind this operation. Check out the trailer below.

| ‘Gemini Man’ Featurette: VFX Technology Will Create A Digital Will Smith Replica
The first teaser trailer for Ang Lee‘s Gemini Man set up the basic plot of a man who is confronted by an assassin who looks just like him but 27 years younger. The film will star Will Smith as both the elder assassin and the young operative. Though we have seen de-aging technology being used before, it has garnered mixed results. Most of the time it looks just like CG plastic mask. But it looks like Lee and producer Jerry Bruckheimer are going to great lengths to make sure that isn’t the case here and that it will be a “phenomenal experience for the audience.” Now Paramount Pictures has released a new featurette that shows that Gemini Man will not have “de-aging” or “face replacement.” Check out the video below.

| ‘The Wheel Of Time’: Rosamund Pike Set To Star In TV Series Based On Robert Jordan’s Books
The first casting for Amazon’s The Wheel of Time, a live-action TV series adaptation of author Robert Jordan‘s book series of the same name, has been confirmed. It’s being reported that Rosamund Pike, the Oscar nominated star of Gone Girl, The World’s End, 2005’s Pride & Prejudice, Hostiles, A Private War, and much more, will star in the series. She’ll be playing the show’s central character, an Aes Sedai named Moiraine.

| New Trailer/TV Spot For DC’s ‘Shazam!’ Released
Warner Bros. Pictures released a short new trailer for the latest DC Films title Shazam! last night. Or maybe it’s a long TV spot. They don’t really specify what exactly it is. The new preview is longer than the usual 15 to 30-second TV spot at just under a minute in length, but shorter than most trailers. But this is Shazam! we’re talking about. The teaser trailer we saw back in July was longer than most official trailers at nearly three minutes. So this one is doing its own thing at this point, and we’re just along for the ride. | ‘Shrek Forever After’ Writer To Pen ‘Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?’ Movie
There is indeed a movie based on the popular computer game Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? on the way. The game saw players using clues to travel the globe trying to find various wanted criminals, while ultimately after the ultra-elusive Carmen Sandiego herself. The project has hired writer Darren Lemke to come in and script the movie, which was acquired by Walden Media from Houghton Mifflin last fall. Lemke has previously worked on Shrek Forever After, as well as Bryan Singer’s upcoming Jack and the Beanstalk retelling, Jack the Giant Killer.
