| ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ Images Reveal Gal Gadot As Diana Prince, Luthor’s Hair, More
Just about a week before Warner Bros. takes over Comic-Con in San Diego – because it looks like Disney, Marvel, Sony, and Paramount aren’t interested in going – the studio has released a set of brand new exciting images for the highly anticipated Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. These new images reveal the epic stare down between The Dark Knight (Ben Affleck) and the Man of Steel (Henry Cavill), and the god-like praise that Superman received in the teaser trailer earlier this year. Plus we are getting our first look at some behind-the-scenes directing work from Zack Snyder, as well as our very first look at Gal Gadot as Diana Prince and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor with hair?! Check out the photos after the jump.

| ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ Synopsis Reveals Looming Threat Amidst War Between Two Heroes
Warner Bros. has just revealed the first synopsis for Zack Snyder‘s Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, and it is pretty much everything we expected it to be. | ‘Batman v Superman’: Dawn Of Justice’ Character Posters: Choose Your Side
Last week, Warner Bros. launched a major marketing campaign for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Director Zack Snyder had announced that a 15-minute IMAX event will be held in theaters across the nation in conjunction with the release of the film’s first trailer. While the trailer leak was unexpected, the studio continues to move forward with their plans to show 15 minutes of footage. In anticipation for this, we are getting two new, I guess you would call them, character posters. Only thing is, each poster has been defaced with the markings of the other title heroe. So if you see a Batman poster, you’ll see that it has been defaced with the Superman emblem, and vice-versa. And to get these posters, you’ll have to attend the event tonight. Hit the jump to check them out.

Deadline reports that the roles have not been specified but they do not have comic book origins, instead these roles have been specifically created for the film itself.

We all have our favorite superheroes: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and so on. We watch them in movies and television shows and read about them in comic books and we’ve been doing this for decades. These superheroes continue to fight crime and bring about justice decade after decade, to the point where we can’t imagine our popular culture without them. But what if there were real-life superheroes — people with super powers, who could fly or have super strength or invisibility? And what if one day, those superheroes we love and have come to rely on were forced to retire forever? That’s the premise of writer/director Brad Bird‘s The Incredibles, the 2004 Disney/Pixar CG-animated film, where “Supers” must hide their extraordinary abilities from the public after a law is passed banning super heroics, forcing these superhuman do-gooders to live ordinary lives.
